Educational Goals

The course aims to achieve the following learning outcomes for the students:

  • To deepen into research in a certain thematic area using knowledge acquired during their studies.
  • To be integrated in research groups kai to adjust to the requirements of the group.
  • To be able to refer to the international literature, organize their research, design experiments, adopt protocols and internationally accepted practices, write a scientific text with literature references avoiding plagiarism and state with a critical mind their results (underlining their contribution to research).
  • To be able to organize and present a scientific project in public during the presentation of the Research Project and the examination by a three-member committee (including the supervisor) and answer questions related either to the specific subject of the Research Project or to the broader scientific field.
